Soon as this started I wanted to whip out my acoustic too. If it's a cover I am not familiar with the original but I like it just fine.

I don't think you feel comfortable with the song. You haven't made it yours left. Either you don't believe what you are singing, or you haven't felt the passion that the original was intended to portray. I have listened to the songs you have written, and they have Passion! I just don't feel your Passion in this one.
